Considering user engagement

I want to start with a short acknowledgment and then ask the user what they need. It could be helpful to propose different options too, like ready-to-use headlines. There’s a chance the user is just expressing excitement, so I’ll respond in Chinese. I'll offer 1-5 options with sample headlines. If they want facts, I can ask for a date or suggest that I can check. I'll also offer to verify details like scores or goal scorers.
